4. Customers must inspect the product and refuse to accept it if they find any problems, such as the wrong model, wrong color, incomplete quantity, or damaged or lost.

How to file a product claim

– Chat with the shop to send a clip and photos of the damaged product

– The customer delivers the product to the shop by themselves

– Changing the product due to damage is considered on a case-by-case basis within 2 days from the date of receipt of the product only.

Damage to the covering material such as scratches, tarnish, rust, tears, abrasions, broken legs, scratched legs, damage caused by termites, moths, fungi, natural marks and damage from improper use.
